Requirements:
- Experience in insurance(sales and distribution or claims
or underwriting or actuarial) or in consulting for insurance
industry;
- Project management experience;
- Strong interpersonal qualities; professionals who are
mature, enthusiastic, persistent, flexible, persuasive, pragmatic,
ambitious, innovative, insightful and can judge situations and
people quickly;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent team playing;
- Demonstrated leadership potential in the teams in which
they worked;
- Mix of backgrounds considered with strong
industry/consulting skills preferred;
- Relevant university degree, advanced degree (e.g. MBA)
and/or professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CPA);
- Fluent English language skills.
