Marketing\sales manager
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the
following:
- Working with all distribution channels in order to
achieve (exceed) Sales targets.
- Product Development and Product
Management.
- New Business Initiatives.
- Manage the existing Direct Sales team (homeowners,
individual and corporate auto) and POS.
- PL “Office of the Customer” and other Marketing
initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external
business partners involved in implementation of the PL marketing,
sales strategy.
General Competencies Required
- Team member/player.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Good written and oral communications skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload to achieve internal and
external deadlines.
- Has good problem solving skills and is able to think
creatively.
- Has good Insurance Industry and business environment
awareness.
Technical competencies required
- Higher Education.
- Experience in insurance and/or B2B sales of 3
years.
- Experience in managing
of the team.
- Has ability to plan, short and long term to achieve
internal and external business objectives, as required.
- Confident MS Office user.
- Fluent English.
