Job responsibilities:
 

• Hardware (equipment and systems) support, inventory, configuration, maintenance, exchange and repair
   
• Stock management (Computers, LAN, Printers, IT systems in production facilities, Telephones and communication facilities)
• Establishes/recommends policies and procedures for system use and services
• Configuring core telephony
• Planning and purchasing of IT equipment upon necessity
• Planning, development, operating and security of IT infrastructure and data networks
• Responsibility for planning & maintenance of production control hardware in cooperation with production (Scanner, BDE, barcodes, printer, etc.)
• Participation in local, regional and company wide IT projects, responsibility for certain project tasks on the field

Job Requirements:
 

• University degree in Information technology or Network Administration
• Work experience at a similar position from 2 years
• Fluent English (written and oral)
• Consolidated knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems

Specific requirements:
 

• Perfect knowledge of XP
• Microsoft certificate (MCSA, MCSE) is advantage
