Responsibilities:
Support 24X7 Critical production environments which
included:
Windows Servers
UnixWare Servers
Network Equipment
Databases
Proprietary Software
Analyze system errors and create defects for PD
Problem escalation with Telco and Exchange
Roll new versions of Software to various environments
Use internal metrics to identify and troubleshoot problems
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience in a large distributed system environment with 200+
Servers
Experience with Windows 2000/2003, UnixWare and remote
tools
Basic knowledge of MS SQL server
Networking experience
Good analytical skills to deal with complex problems involving
many systems
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and team
work skills
Ability and desire to work well in a fast paced highly
technical environment
English language: intermediate level. Both written and
verbal.
Exposure to the financial industry is a plus
Working Conditions:
Work hours are Monday – Friday, starting at 9:00am till
18:00
