Requirements:
- 10+ years. sales experience, predominantly direct
- 6 years sales management experience .
- Experience in B2B commercial management like machinery, IT,
construction, engineering will be a valuable plus.
- In depth knowledge of Customer business from top to
bottom.
- Large experience with all aspects of structuring and
executing complete sales agreements.
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written;
strong presentation skills, both in design and
delivery.
- Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
- Position requires a high-energy person with a positive
attitude, who is resourceful, customer and
service-oriented.
- Able to travel as required by the business both in the
Region and Internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Manages sales individuals who sell to named accounts or
strategic accounts regardless of the fulfillment method (direct or
channel). Responsible for team quota attainment for a specified
vertical product line, territory and/or account list. Manages
directly own very important Strategic Accounts as a Sales
Executive..
- Manages or supervises direct sales professionals responsible
for selling to strategic accounts directly or through resellers.
May also be responsible for managing sales support, application
engineering, or administrative personnel.
- Coaches and trains sales personnel to improve
performance.
- Sets sales quotas for direct reports. Participates in or
leads account planning sessions and forecast reviews. Responsible
for forecasting team sales and managing budgets.
- Provides input on strategic account designation. Sets
national and global strategies for assigned strategic
accounts.
- Maintains and balances relationships with resellers. May
work with resellers on sales accounts.
- Manages directly own very important Strategic Accounts as
a Sales Executive.
- Arranges and allocates company resources as needed to
close business and achieve sales objectives.
