Job Purpose:

  • To provide the highest level of recruitment and selection activities in the company, to assist the Recruitment and HR RU managers in HR, recruitment related projects.

Principal Accountabilities:
 

  • Interview potential candidates and co-ordinate with line management concerning the job matching.
  • Liase with external agencies, advertising agencies and providers to meet the company needs in a most efficient way.
  • Liase with schools, colleges in order to supply and ensure the candidates flow.
  • Assist management with implementation of selection techniques, including testing, in order to standardise the quality and enhance the objectivity of internal and external selection decisions. Maintain resume database of candidates on commonly searched for position to ensure prompt and effective response to on-going recruitment requests.
  • Organise and supervise administrative tasks related to recruitment , ensuring that all relevant information for new employees is recorded. Prepare HR recruitment reports.
  • Assist in organising and participating in the job fairs, exhibitions, recruitment connected events.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Knowledge and experience:

  • At least 1 years experience in HR or recruitment, Interviewing skills.
  • A university degree or equivalent, HR qualification.
  • Upper Intermediate English.

Behavioural characteristics:

  • Communication skills.
  • Good at forming effective working relationships, good interpersonal skills, influencing and organisational skills.
  • Analytical as well as creative thinking is required.
