Key responsibilities:             

• Communicate effectively with the engagement management team, report progress
• Supervision over a team of auditors during audits
• Audit monitoring
• Working-out of audit strategy, audit planning
• Audit results analyses and drawing-up of recommendations
• Client consulting on the problems identified and cure recommended
• Working with financial reporting prepared to IFRS (80%) or Russian accounting standards
• Develop a strong team of Audit professionals

Requirements:

• University degree (Economics, Finance)
• Not less than 5 years of external audit experience, preferably with any of Big4 companies or larger Russian audit companies
• ACCA/ CPA certificate preferable or in a process
• Knowledge of IFRS and Russian reporting standards
• Project and personnel management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• responsibility and orderliness
• Well-organized and ability to work under time pressure
• Fluent English (spoken and writing)
