BDO – nationwide audit and consultancy group, part of the worldwide leading BDO network, opens up Manager position (Banking sector) in its Financial Institutions audit group. Major responsibilities: - Maintain and develop client relations;
- Managing of audit projects under RAS of IFRS - planning, sheduling, staff and resources allocation;
- Consolidated financial statements review;
- Performing control procedures;
- Reviewing the clients’ accounting system and internal control system;
- Assessment of potential financial and others project risks;
- Coaching direct subordinates; post - project team assessment;
Major requirements: - Higher education (economics, mathematics, accounting and audit);
- ACCA/CPA at the later stages is required;
- An auditor qualification certificate would be an advantage;
- 5+ years of overall audit experience with banks and/or financial institutes is required;
- Exellent knowledge and experience in RAS and IFRS;
- Experience in consolidated financial statements preparation under IFRS;
- Good leadership and communication skills, client-oriented approach;
- Ability to handle a number of projects simultaneously, project management skills at high level.
