Finance director

Role Description:

• Responsible for all financial activity in the company

 Main responsibilities:

• Finance budgeting, planning and forecasting processes lead;
• Managing accounting and finance team;
• Participating in company strategic planning;
• Responsible for tax compliance, tax planning and optimization, interaction with Russian Tax authorities;
• Management reporting for General director and board of directors;
• Providing international reporting (GAAP) on a regular basis (BL, P&L, Cash Flow) for HQ;
• Facilitating external audits and inspections;
• Regular interactions with head office (incl. reporting issues).

  
  

Main requirements:

• Higher education; international reporting certificates or ACCA / CPA is a plus;
• Relevant experience on the position of Finance director in western company  5+ years;
• Relevant experience in the consulting or other services sphere is desirable;
• Excellent knowledge of Russian Tax legislation;
• Excellent knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS (BL, P&L, Cash Flow);
• Proven knowledge of English language (both written and oral);
• Ability to form international reporting based on Russian Accounting Standards;
• Ability to analyze and decide the issues which can be differently treated in RAS and GAAP;
• Successful managerial experience (team of min 5 employees);
• Strong managerial, decision-making skills, proactive and result oriented approach;
• Strong analytical skills, positive attitude, good team player.
