Responsibilities: - BMW Used Car professional program standards and UC area dealers coaching and training;
- dealers consulting on questions of Trade-In, car evaluations, dynamic pricing, etc. in Used Car business area;
- Used Cars KPI’s analyzing and improving on a consistent base;
- dealers reports and statistics
- Used Cars electronic data base monitoring, coaching and supporting on dealer level;
- Company Cars stock and sales administrative procedures;
- contracts with the dealers and partners;
Requirements: - high education, preferable economical/technical area
| - English fluent, PC (Excel, Internet, etc.)
| - preferable experience in auto business (dealership or NSC level), focused on Trade-In, Used Cars processes and sales
- Experience in holding trainings is a plus
| - accurate, reliable, team player, projective, able to fulfill multiple tasks
