Successful candidates should have the following required competencies / skills:

• 3+ years of development experience with .Net/C# (С++) 2.0, 3.0, 3.5
• experience with ASP.NET, WPF, Silverlight
• development experience for RDBMS (SQL Server, …)
• skills in WCF, LINQ to SQL, Entity Framework
• fluent communication skills in spoken and written English.
• experience in negotiations with customers
