Our client is an international company working on metal market with it's own factory located in Moscow area. The client is looking for Country HR Manager (Director).

Requirements:

• HR working experience approx. 10 years, preferable from whole area. Management experience approximately 3-5 years;
• Experience of different responsibility areas:  
  Labor law and employment issues, recruiting, management consulting;
• Experience of work in companies with its own factories in Russia.

Responsibilities: 

• Implementation of HR-processes and localization based on local business needs;
• Labor relations and employment issues in own area;
• Compensation & benefits localization according company's policies; 
• HR -services and support to all divisions in area;
• HRD implementation and need analyses;
• Ensure cost efficient administrative HR to all divisions in country/ area;
• Contribution to division and HQ.
